Limitations: Please refrain from: (1) abusing the Services to infringe upon any rights; (2) attempting to decipher our source code or the basics of our algorithms; (3) leveraging our Service outputs to create rival models to SimianX AI; (4) employing any unauthorized method, such as scraping, to pull data from our Services; (5) falsely claiming Service outputs as human-made or breaching our Usage Policies; (6) trading API keys without our prior agreement; (7) forwarding us personal details of minors below 13 or any relevant age of digital consent. Please adhere to our rate constraints and documentation. SimianX AI's services are only available in our supported regions. (8) External Services: Should you employ third-party software or services with ours, they come with their own terms. We aren't accountable for these third-party entities.
Feedbacks: We welcome feedback, suggestions, and ideas. Should you offer any, understand we may implement them without owing any compensation to you.

You retain ownership of all Input. In line with these Terms and relevant laws, SimianX AI transfers to you all its rights and claims over the Output. This allows you to utilize Content for any reason, including commercial pursuits, so long as you adhere to these Terms. SimianX AI can engage with the Content to deliver, uphold the Services, conform to laws, and implement our guidelines. You hold responsibility for the Content, ensuring its alignment with laws and these guidelines.
Uniqueness Factor: Given the dynamics of machine learning, Outputs may not be distinctive across users. SimianX AI might generate identical or analogous outputs for multiple users.
Validity Check: AI and machine learning are transformative fields. SimianX AI strives to enhance its Services for precision, reliability, and efficacy. Given machine learning's uncertain nature, there could be occasions where the Service might deliver incorrect Outputs. For any critical application, it's prudent to assess the Output's accuracy, including human verification if needed.
Content Enhancement and Services: We prohibit the unauthorized use or access to our API. Any attempts to employ technologies or methodologies to illicitly obtain, duplicate, or exploit our API will be met with legal actions.

You commit to giving up-to-date, accurate, and comprehensive payment and account details for all transactions made through our Services. Furthermore, you pledge to swiftly refresh account and payment data. We'll factor in sales tax as we see fit. We can adjust prices anytime. All payments are in US dollars.
By making a purchase, you consent to pay the listed charges and any relevant shipping costs. You allow us to charge your selected payment mode for these amounts when placing an order. If there's a recurring charge associated with your purchase, you're agreeing to let us charge your payment method on a consistent basis without asking for your confirmation each time, until the order is canceled by you. We have the authority to rectify pricing errors, even if payment has already been made or requested.
We can reject any order made via the Services. We might set limits or cancel order amounts on an individual, household, or per-order basis. We may limit or deny orders that seem to be made by middlemen or bulk sellers.
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICES OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.
These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
