On May 18, 2026, we completed the acquisition of Orphai Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing therapies to treat serious, underserved pulmonary disorders. The acquisition brought into our pipeline Orphai’s lead asset, LAM-001, a proprietary investigational inhaled dry powder formulation of rapamycin whose differentiated characteristics may permit treatment of conditions associated with dysfunctional mammalian target of rapamycin (“mTOR”) activity that cann
