The registrational Phase 2 QUINTESSENTIAL trial met its primary endpoint of overall response rate and key secondary endpoint of complete response rate in quadruple-class exposed relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma patients previously treated with BCMA-targeted therapy. The safety profile was consistent with other CAR T therapies. Results will be presented at an upcoming medical meeting.
