Milestone Pharmaceuticals、CARDAMYST（etripamil）点鼻スプレーについてFDA承認を取得
FDAは、成人における急性症候性PSVT発作の洞調律への変換を目的としてCARDAMYST（etripamil）点鼻スプレーを承認した。本製品は患者による自己投与が可能となり、RAPID試験で実証された有効性を有する新たな非侵襲的治療選択肢を提供する。この承認により、Milestoneは約10,000人の処方医を対象に60名の営業担当者で商業的発売活動を開始できる。
