Lyell은 2차 대형 B세포 림프종에서 ronde-cel과 axi-cel 또는 liso-cel을 비교하는 최초의 3상 무작위 대조군 시험(PiNACLE-H2H, 약 400명)에서 환자 투여를 시작했습니다. 3차 이상 LBCL을 대상으로 하는 단일군 피벗 시험 PiNACLE은 계속 등록 중(약 120명)이며, 2027년 중반에 피벗 데이터가 예상되어 BLA 제출을 지원할 예정입니다.
