The registrational ChonDRAgon study (n=206) met its primary endpoint, showing a statistically significant 52% reduction in risk of progression or death (HR 0.479, p<0.0001) and more than doubling median PFS to 5.52 months versus 2.66 months for placebo. Ozekibart is the first investigational therapy to demonstrate a significant PFS benefit in a randomized chondrosarcoma trial. The company plans to submit a BLA in Q2 2026.
