Prelude Therapeutics receives FDA IND clearance for PRT12396

FDA cleared the IND for PRT12396, a mutant-selective JAK2V617F inhibitor, in Q1 2026. A Phase 1 study in high-risk polycythemia vera and intermediate/high-risk myelofibrosis is now expected to start by Q2 2026. The program is subject to an exclusive option agreement with Incyte.
