Nghiên cứu giai đoạn 3 EFZO-FIT về efzofitimod trong bệnh sarcoidosis phổi đã không đạt điểm cuối chính là thay đổi so với ban đầu về liều corticosteroid đường uống trung bình hàng ngày tại tuần 48. Mặc dù không đạt điểm cuối chính, công ty đã quan sát thấy lợi ích lâm sàng cho liều 5.0 mg/kg trên nhiều thông số hiệu quả thứ cấp được xác định trước và dự kiến sẽ gặp FDA vào Q1 2026 để xác định hướng đi tiếp theo.
