PTC was selected as winning bidder to acquire ST-920, a BLA-stage AAV gene therapy for Fabry disease, from Sangamo. The company plans to complete a rolling BLA submission for accelerated approval in Q4 2026, leveraging existing rare-disease infrastructure. The acquisition remains subject to bankruptcy court approval and other closing conditions expected in late Q3 or early Q4 2026.
