Gossamer Bio prévoit une soumission de NDA pour le seralutinib dans la PAH en septembre 2026
Suite à une réunion de type B Pre-NDA avec la FDA, Gossamer Bio soumettra une NDA pour le seralutinib dans la PAH en septembre 2026, soutenue par une étude de phase 3 adéquate et bien contrôlée (PROSERA) plus des preuves confirmatoires. Si acceptée pour dépôt, une décision d'approbation de la FDA pourrait intervenir au T3 2027. La société a également racheté les droits mondiaux du seralutinib auprès de Chiesi.
