INBX : l'essai ChonDRAgon atteint le critère principal ; ozekibart double la SSP dans le chondrosarcome

L'étude d'enregistrement ChonDRAgon (n=206) a atteint son critère principal, montrant une réduction statistiquement significative de 52 % du risque de progression ou de décès (HR 0,479, p<0,0001) et plus que doublant la SSP médiane à 5,52 mois contre 2,66 mois pour le placebo. Ozekibart est la première thérapie expérimentale à démontrer un bénéfice significatif en SSP dans un essai randomisé sur le chondrosarcome. La société prévoit de soumettre une demande d'AMM au T2 2026.
