uniQure publie les données à 36 mois de l'essai de phase I/II AMT-130 dans la maladie de Huntington
La lecture principale à 36 mois montre que la dose élevée d'AMT-130 a atteint le critère d'évaluation principal prédéfini (cUHDRS) et le critère d'évaluation secondaire clé (TFC) par rapport aux contrôles externes appariés par propension, avec un ralentissement statistiquement significatif de la progression de la maladie et des niveaux de NfL dans le LCR inférieurs à la ligne de base. Les données soutiennent la poursuite des échanges avec la FDA sur une éventuelle voie d'approbation accélérée et positionnent AMT-130 comme le premier candidat thérapeutique modificateur de la maladie pour la MH.
